Cash On Delivery is only available for the products which have weight up to 15 Kilogram and are available in stock.
Cash On Delivery is not available for the products above 15 Kilogram as the cost of shipping will be much higher due to the volumetric weight of the product. If a person does not accept the package on COD terms, it will be a huge loss for the company to accept the cancelled shipment, as the company has to pay the charges for two way shipping (sending + return) with no business. Moreover, by the time the product is shipped to the customer, its' details will not reflect on the website for other customers to view or buy. So, to avoid such losses, COD is only available for the products which weigh less than 15 Kilogram.
Cash On Delivery is only available for the products which are available in stock. If a product reflects ‘Out of Stock’, then you have to place an order for it click 'Place Custom Order', which can only be processed after prepayment.
